2. Ordering from Us

  • When you place an order, it becomes official once you receive a confirmation email from us.

  • Delivery times are estimates—we do our best, but sometimes delays happen due to traffic or weather.

  • We may need to cancel an order if something unexpected comes up.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT.

  • Payment is due at the time of ordering, using the payment options on our website.

  • Occasionally, prices or menu items may change due to ingredient availability.

4. Changing or Canceling Orders

  • You can cancel an order up to 24 hours before delivery.

  • If you’ve already paid, we’ll refund your money (minus any bank or payment fees).

  • We cannot offer refunds for delays outside our control.
